The Austrian Development Agency and the Austrian Embassy in Albania have provided concrete assistance with food and hygienic-sanitary packages during June-July, for 141 families in need and with economic difficulties because of the corona virus pandemic. The lists for each area have been drafted in cooperation by the YourJob staff and the Diocesan Caritas, which know the situation firsthand and closely address the cases.
They were also involved in preparing the packages and distributing them in all areas, as most of them did not have any access to transport. In addition to the packages, beneficiaries were provided brochures with information on COVID-19 and YourJob program. They were introduced the program goals and activities, and it was also asked the commitment of the families to encourage the young people in joining and visiting the Career Counseling Centers.
